1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the gto99 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). These Terms apply to the gto99.cam website and all of its services.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment method used to make the deposit.

4.3 Verification Requirements

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• After receiving the bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met.
• Withdrawals are not permitted before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time from the date the bonus was received.
• gto99 may restrict the use of the bonus to certain games.

5.2 Other Bonuses

Separate terms and conditions apply to reload bonuses, cashback offers and other promotions, which will be clearly stated with each offer.

5.3 VIP Program

The gto99 VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Players can move up to a higher tier through regular play. VIP benefits may be changed at gto99's discretion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting or any other fraudulent strategy — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and funds will be forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games available on gto99 — slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting — are operated according to specific rules. The individual rules of each game are displayed within that game.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific odds and rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football (FIFA) and other sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.3 Technical Errors

The result of any game that takes place due to a technical error or system failure may be considered void. In such situations gto99 will endeavour to refund the player's original stake.

The following activities are completely prohibited on gto99. Involvement in any one of them will result in the immediate closure of the account and may lead to legal action:

• Fraud, hacking or manipulation of the game system.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing or threatening gto99 staff.
• Registering using a false identity.

8. Limitation of Liability

gto99 is not responsible for:

• Any game or bet being cancelled due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
• Losses caused by user negligence or incorrect information.
• Unexpected technical disruptions or force majeure situations.

gto99's maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

10. Account Closure
